Our Action Plan

The journey of a thousand miles begins with but a single step.  In that same line of thought, the journey to reach our Texas veterans suffering from PTSD requires a thoughtfully laid out and cohesive plan.  In an exercise of transparency to our donors and those interested in where Operation Ten Ten is headed, we would like to present a brief vision of our 5+ year plan.

PHASE ONE

Veteran Family

Operation Ten Ten's official launch date was May 8, 2024. Phase One is primarily designed for resource allocation (securing donations, partnering with trauma-informed therapists, and building relationships with local psychiatric clinicians) in anticipation of the program launch in 2025.  We aim to raise $100,000 during this phase in order to enroll 10 veterans in our holistic PTSD program starting in early 2025.  Phase One is important as it will gauge our "proof of concept" in terms of marketability, donor engagement, and community awareness surrounding post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

PHASE TWO

Our "Proof of Work" phase will tentatively start in January 2025 and end in December 2028.  During this time, we plan to enroll our first group of veterans into the program, monitor their progress, and engage with our clinical therapists to improve care delivery.  Utilizing our "One Life at a Time" philosophy, we will maintain continuity of care as resources are individually allocated en bloc during this period.  Additional marketing avenues will be pursued, more PTSD awareness projects, etc.

PHASE THREE

Psychologist's Office

Phase Three will be our refinement period, starting in 2028 and ending in late 2031.  Beyond proof of concept and proof of work, we will need to develop portability and repeatability of our results as we prepare to expand regionally/nationally.  This phase will focus on veteran graduate feedback from our program and allow for enrollee testimony to further bolster our cause.  This phase will also call for increased involvement of our corporate partners as we expand to reach veterans further into/outside the state of Texas.

REACH PHASE

Our Reach Phase will be 2031 and beyond as we continue to build Operation Ten Ten as an organization, a brand, and a leader in the fight against PTSD.  We have big plans to reach out to and support our veterans during their restoration journey.   We would love your involvement or support during any of these periods!!
